Key Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return/exchange (product name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: desired replacement item details
- Your full name and contact information
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Include in your return package:
- All items being returned in original condition
- Original tags attached to all garments
- Original packaging if available
- A copy of your order confirmation or Return Authorization Number
Step 4: Track Your Return
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Clutch Bags with visible signs of use
- Jewellery that has been worn or shows signs of use
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
All other items including Bottoms, Bump Friendly wear, Dresses, Jumpsuits, and Fashion Essentials are eligible for returns within the 15-day window.
International Returns
International returns follow the same process, but customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
